Provider Direct Deposit/Remittance
Providers who participate in direct deposit will have claims payments from CAIC electronically deposited directly into their bank account through Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
Once enrolled, you can also elect to receive an Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) or ANSI 835 transaction, which provides claim payment and remittance details.
Follow the instructions below to enroll in electronic funds transfer/remittance advice:
